TELEVISION
In 1970 Bob became Production Director for WDHO TV the ABC affiliate in Toledo, Ohio. When the station News Director accidently allowed an obscene exchange involving the news anchor to air and was subsequently fired, Bob was tapped for News Director and remained in that possition until returning to radio in 1972. during his tenture at WDHO Bob produced many television commercials and local programs.

Bob Ladd has hosted several television shows over the course of his carreer including:
  • The Bellevue Show in 1975 and 1976 on channel 19
  • Whats Up in 1995 channel 21, Fremont, Ohio
  • Anchored the Local news in 1995 on channel 21 Fremont.
In 1980's Bob Ladd, Robert Stroup and Bud Brim were granted a license to build two television stations at Fremont and Findlay, Ohio. Both were built within the year. Later the Findlay station was sold to local investors. Bob Ladd's holdings in the Fremont, Ohio station were purchased by Robert Stroup in 1990.
